US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

IS US DOMESTIC SHIPPING FREE? YES.

At checkout you should see a Free Shipping option for all small and medium boxes as well as envelopes. Larger artworks may require a shipping charge.

How long does it take to process & receive an order? (1 to 2 business days to process & ship. 2 to 8 business days till delivery)

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. I make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live around the corner from me in Verona, NJ, you'll get it faster than if you live (for example) in California. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.

At this time custom orders of large artworks can take 1 to 4 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order. There may be a shipping charge on larger artworks.

CAN I SHIP AS A GIFT? (Yes!)

Simply provide your gift message and shipping address at checkout and/or email your information to wborn@wendyaborn.com and I will package and send a beautiful gift for you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (There is always a first time for everything)

When I have the exciting opportunity to fulfill an international order I will use USPS or a shipping broker (eShipper, for example - they provide tracking, insurance and very affordable shipping rates). I thank any first time international customers for bearing with me while I figure out taxes and customs and declarations forms and fees on global orders. I will process and ship international orders within 1 to 4 business days.

NOTE: All international packages may be randomly chosen for inspection. The recipient of an international shipment is thus subject to import taxes, customs, duties and fees which are imposed once the shipment reaches clearance. Potential charges for a clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM? (30 DAYS. Email me within 3 days of receiving your purchase)

Communicate within 3 days of receiving any item you wish to return. After communicating your reasons for returning your item you have 30 days to return it. Contact wendyaborn.com using the email wborn@wendyaborn.com.

WHO PAYS FOR RETURNS? (wendyaborn.com will assume cost of returns)

If the item was damaged during shipping wendyaborn.com will assume costs for returning the item and we will send you a shipping label. If the item is simply not what you expected (based on the website photos, size and description) wendyaborn.com will still assume costs for returning the item and send a shipping label provided the item is returned in perfect condition.

WHAT’S YOUR REFUND POLICY (Let’s work in good faith and keep it simple.)

All refunds and returns will be handled in good faith so as to maintain your confidence in wendyaborn.com and our products.

Should you decide to purchase a product from this Site then you will enter into a contract of sale with us at the point of sale. If you change your mind about purchasing you are entitled to a refund provided you contact wendyaborn.com before your item ships. Email: born@wendyaborn.com within 24 hours of making the purchase.

If you make any electronic purchase then you will be sent a link for a direct download. At the point of purchase, you will be asked to confirm your express consent to receiving the download immediately. In agreeing to receive the download at the point of purchase you will lose your right to cancel and your right to a refund.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES (No, not currently)

Wendyaborn.com does not currently offer exchanges because each artwork on the website is unique.
